Whisper Mode
The Whisper function allows dealers to message other operators/dealers privately, within the conversation with the customer. 
Users participating in the chat can help each other with information and questions to assist the customer or mention other users to keep them in the loop.
Mobile App
The main chats screen should function as a portable version of the desktop app inbox, adapting to the fast-paced nature of chats while still displaying critical information within the constraints of mobile devices. For example, these employees have different phone habits; sporadic (mostly on desktop, and mobile is used only for necessary notifications); intermittent (evenly split), constant (mobile-only, or someone who works on the sales floor); using the app only after work; etc.
