Vision
An improved booking experience for frequent travelers, addressing common pain points for both luxury hotels and consumers: flexible booking without cancellation fees, holding reservations, hyper-specific personal preferences, and more. Early designs included a widget that hotels could integrate into their sites.

Exploring Names, Sketching Moods
Customers should feel taken care of, luxury (but not heritage), immaculate, modern but not aggressively "tech" or "videogame-like." In the end, I came up with around 60 names to help the Aither team, but I'm not sure what the client chose.
